Some very common home remedies for diarrhea include things like simply staying well hydrated; eating yogurt; being well rested; taking OTC anti-diarrhea medications such as Pepto-Bismol; Dietary restricts of things like dairy products; chamomile tea; starchy foods; eating blueberries; orange peel tea; and eating fenugreek seeds. As always, it is best to consult with a physician before trying anything new; however, most of the ones listed here are pretty safe and natural. But, if the home remedies do not work within a day or so it is vital that you visit a doctor.
