Niacin & niacinamide (Vitamin B3)

Niacin and niacinamide are organic compounds that are forms of Vitamin B3. Many different types of foods naturally contain Vitamin B3 such as fish, meat, yeast, and grains. It has been used for decades as natural medicine, home remedy, homeopathic medicine, naturopathic remedy, and alternative medicine to increase HDL levels in the blood.
